With mental health treatment I collaborate with the patient to choose the least invasive methods first. Dietary treatments, nutritional supplements and modification of existing thyroid replacement therapy can help restore thyroid balance and reduce symptoms from hypothyroidism.

Autoimmune Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease. One’s baseline health status can be supported via Naturopathic treatments in order to best live with a chronic condition. Many of these conditions can be managed without medication and with Naturopathic medicine alone. Sometimes Medications are necessary and lifesaving- in this case Naturopathic Medicine is important to help reduce medication side effects and or protect from other complications of an illness or medication.
